What items are exchangable?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

 What items are non-exchangable?

  • Items that are marked Final Sale on their product pages

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no return fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How do I return?

  • Go to or click Begin Exchange
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start a Return (Don't worry, it says that, but you're really beginning your exchange)
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • Your exchange will be processed, and your new shoes will be shipped within 10 business days.


    1. Pack all the exchanged items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. 
    2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Exchange address for the package:

    1. You should keep your tracking number provided by the courier.
    2. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, and when your new items are shipped.
