What items are exchangable?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
What items are non-exchangable?
- Items that are marked Final Sale on their product pages
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no return fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return?
- Go to https://poppy.myreturnscenter.com/ or click Begin Exchange
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start a Return (Don't worry, it says that, but you're really beginning your exchange)
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to exchange
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Your exchange will be processed, and your new shoes will be shipped within 10 business days.
- Pack all the exchanged items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box.
- Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Exchange address for the package:
- You should keep your tracking number provided by the courier.
- You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, and when your new items are shipped.
